Hello Fifth Graders,

I hope you and your family are having a wonderful summer. I am really looking forward to meeting you. I will be calling you soon to set up home visits. But, until I do, I would like to take this time to tell you that our school theme for this upcoming year is going to be Get Fired Up For Jesus!!! Romans 12:11 – Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. So, I would like you to be thinking about this and what you do to stay “fired up” for Jesus. One idea that I will give you is to read your bible and talk to the Lord. He loves little children and loves when you talk to Him. We will be learning a lot more about this during the school year.
