Kindergarten "Hot" News

Thank you to Kidus, Emily, Joel, Ian, Ryan, Nathan, Selena, and Benjamin who sang in church yesterday. The congregation really enjoyed our music.

There are only two weeks of Kindergarten left! We will start collecting items that belong to the school this week (library books, sight word books, show and tell bags, etc.). All items must be turned in for you to receive your child’s report card on the last day of school. Traveling books will continue to come home through this week.

We will be walking to the park to eat lunch on Friday, May 16th. This is to replace our trip from March that was cancelled due to weather. Please sign the permission form coming home today for your child to participate.

Our last field trip for this year will be to eat lunch at McDonalds on Wednesday May 21st. Please sign the form and return it by Monday.

A Kindergarten evaluation will be coming home this week. Please watch for it in the backpack mail, fill it out, and return it to school by the end of the year. Thank you for such a great school year!

This Week at School, May 12- May 16

Jesus Time: Paul’s Conversion (We will learn about missionaries this week. We are doing a special collection of post it notes to send to the Matze’s who are missionaries in the Solomon Islands. Please send in one package of post it notes!)

Memory Work: Mark 16:15 – Go into all the world and tell the good news.

Star of the Week

Star of the week is our first grade teacher, Miss Wiegert. She likes the ocean, chocolate, and the Green Bay Packers. Stop in and take a look at her poster this week.
